These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action relating to the Plugins shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Belgium.

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration under Belgian law.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EsReal regarding the Plugins and supersede all prior understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed while all remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.

The Plugins may be subject to export control regulations. You agree not to export or re-export the Plugins to prohibited countries or parties.
