The agent consults the Belgian company register (KBO), European VAT validation (VIES), Wikidata, the academic Tranco ranking and Safeonweb from the Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium. Each of those sources is independent of us.
Because vOracle only consults official, independent sources, inclusion is not a favour but a technical fact. No one can persuade us to add a domain that doesn't belong.

The agent consults KBO, Wikidata, Tranco, Safeonweb and municipal data. Every listed website is retrieved as a candidate.
Verification
An evidence file is built per domain: is the site reachable? Does the VAT number match? Does the name match the register?
Human review
A human reviews the file and approves or rejects it. No domain is included without human approval.
Public register
The domain is publicly verified in the EsReal® vDOMAIN register. Visible to visitors with the plugin.

Belgian company register (FPS Economy). Every active company in Belgium is obligatorily registered. The most direct link between a business and its online presence.
VIES
EU VAT validation service of the European Commission. Confirms active VAT registration independently of national registers - a second independent proof point.
Wikidata
Structured knowledge base behind Wikipedia. Organisations are listed here as "official website" by the community - a third, completely independent source.
Tranco
Academic ranking of popular websites (KU Leuven / TU Delft / Stony Brook University). Manipulation-resistant due to the academic methodology - legitimate sites appear here naturally.
Safeonweb (CCB)
Platform of the Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium. Domains flagged as malicious by the Belgian cybersecurity authority are automatically excluded.
